  • 100% Grass-Fed Organic Whole Milk (lightly pasteurized, non-homogenized) – Our milk is available for weekly or one-time delivery. Our currently delivery days are Thursday and Friday, depending on your location. Interested in delivery of pasteurized milk? Please click here to sign up today! (Not sure if you want weekly delivery yet? That’s okay! You can select one-time delivery on the order form and try it out before making a weekly commitment!)
  • 100% Grass-Fed Beef – We offer 100% grass-fed (and finished!) Angus steers by the quarter, half or whole. Customers ordering a half or whole steer may have their orders cut to their specifications. (Orders for quarter steers are standard cut.) Beef orders are picked up at our farm – vacuum sealed, frozen and boxed – ready for your freezer. Frozen ground beef is also available throughout the year, sold in 1 pound packages. Patties are also available seasonally, 10 per pack. Folks interested in freezer beef share (whole, half, and quarters) should click here to complete an online order form. A paid deposit guarantees your order. (Deposits are non-refunded and credited toward your final payment.)

Products Available for Purchase During On-Farm Customer Hours – We have a small retail ‘store’ at the farm for folks to visit (open – Tuesdays 5-7 p.m. and Saturdays 2-4 p.m.) and purchase a variety of items, including:

  • Milk
  • Beef (Ground, Marrow Bones, Leaf Fat and Variety of Cuts Available)
  • Cheese (Organic, Pasteurized Cheeses, as well as Conventional, Raw Cheeses)
  • Eggs (Unclassified, Organic-fed but not certified organic)
  • Maple Syrup (100% Pure Syrup, sap harvested from the maple trees here on our farm)
  • Honey (Raw, collected from hives here on the farm)
  • Chicken (Organic-fed, Pasture-Raised Fryers and Broilers. Sold in batches throughout the spring, summer and fall months)
